“ A pleasant cafe right next to the parliament. We tried a cappuccino and a "hamburger" with salmon, which they baked for us, for breakfast. Coffee very good, so is the sandwich. The price – for 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches – 19 euros is for city centre ok. Good place for breakfast or little break in your tours. ”
